DO NOT use e-mail if you are trying to get information about a trip in short notice, as I cannot always check e-mail frequently and I might not have access to it.  I will, however be able to retrieve telephone messages if I am out of town (i.e. running trips in Virginia Beach or Wanchese)  My voice mail will also  work during a power outage; e-mail would not be accessible to me then.
