Half Day Fishing and Inshore trips from Hatteras

Please contact us, or check our schedule for current availability.  We are open most weekdays for inshore fishing charters.  If you prefer a full day of inshore fishing, that's possible - please contact us to discuss what you would like.

Cost for half day:  $725 for ten or fewer passengers;  additional passengers are $50 each (ie. 11 for $775 / 12 for $825, and so on).  This price does not include a tip for the crew.  They work hard to make sure your day offshore is enjoyable and productive, please remember that a 15-20% tip is customary for a job well done.  Full day inshore charters are also available.

Morning Departure: 6:30 to 7:00 AM returning five hours later.

Afternoon Departure times vary

Target species include: Bluefish, Cobia, Red Drum, King and Spanish Mackerel, and a variety of Shark species

Fish cleaning is available on the premises at Hatteras Landing Marina for an additional fee.

We use small Penn and Shimano conventional reels and Penn Slammer spinning reels.  All bait and tackle are provided by the Stormy Petrel II, but you are welcome to bring your own!

Please plan on bringing any food or drink you think you will need for the day with you.  We do not have any items for sale on the Stormy Petrel II.  Small or medium sized coolers should be sufficient for this.  Also, remember your sunglasses, sunscreen, rain gear (or extra clothes in case you get wet), and of course any needed medications.  Don't let seasickness ruin your trip, be sure to take any medication before your trip!  Please wear soft-soled shoes aboard the boat.
